We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and support a global client within the HR domain. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex IT projects, especially related to HR systems such as payroll, time & attendance, or compensation & benefits.
This is you
5+ years of experience in IS Project Management delivering large, complex projects in an international environment.
2+ years of experience implementing HR domain applications (payroll, time & attendance, compensation & benefits).
Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of ABB IS PM policies and standards is a significant plus.
Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to propose and implement best practices.
Fluent English — spoken and written.
This is your role
Lead and deliver complex IS/IT projects on a global scale.
Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Oversee the implementation of HR IT applications (payroll, T&A, C&B).
Ensure alignment with ABB IS PM policies and standards (a strong advantage).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Facilitate meetings, drive consensus, and maintain transparent communication.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
