We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our European client developing software for the digital advertising market. In this role, you will be a key player in developing a programmatic trading platform that optimizes the advertising experience.
This is you
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering;
Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and bidding flows;
Deep understanding of CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types;
Proficiency in PySpark and pandas for large-scale data processing;
Experience with FastAPI for API development;
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization;
Expertise in LightGBM and ONNX for model training, optimization, and deployment;
English – Upper-intermediate level or higher.
Nice-to-have skills:
Familiarity with Metaflow for managing ML workflows.
This is your role
Develop, optimize, and maintain specialized machine learning models for CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types to maximize advertising performance.
Seamlessly integrate and deploy AI solutions within an existing, high-scale Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
Analyze and optimize real-time bidding flows using OpenRTB protocols to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
Lead and mentor the AI/ML team, guiding best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures suitable for the low-latency requirements of real-time bidding systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align ML strategies with the overarching goals of the programmatic advertising platform.
