We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our European client developing software for the digital advertising market. In this role, you will be a key player in developing a programmatic trading platform that optimizes the advertising experience.

This is you

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering;

• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and bidding flows;

• Deep understanding of CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types;

• Proficiency in PySpark and pandas for large-scale data processing;

• Experience with FastAPI for API development;

• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization;

• Expertise in LightGBM and ONNX for model training, optimization, and deployment;

• English – Upper-intermediate level or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with Metaflow for managing ML workflows.

This is your role

• Develop, optimize, and maintain specialized machine learning models for CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types to maximize advertising performance.

• Seamlessly integrate and deploy AI solutions within an existing, high-scale Demand-Side Platform (DSP).

• Analyze and optimize real-time bidding flows using OpenRTB protocols to improve bidding strategies and win rates.

• Lead and mentor the AI/ML team, guiding best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.

• Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures suitable for the low-latency requirements of real-time bidding systems.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align ML strategies with the overarching goals of the programmatic advertising platform.
