Avenga Information Clause
In accordance with Article 13 ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). UE L 119/1), we hereby inform you that:
1. Your personal data for recruitment process are processed in accordance with Joint Controlling agreement signed by a number of legal entities within the Avenga Group – the list of the companies is available under following link.
2. The Lead Controller of your personal data is Avenga Germany with the registered office Avenga Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsvorplatz 1, 50667 Cologne, Germany, Commercial register: AG Köln, HRB 79823
3. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR in order to:
a. implementation of current recruitment processes in the scope of data contained in the CV. Article 6( 1 )(a) GDPR,
b. conducting future recruitment processes, based on consent - Article 6( 1 )(a) of the GDPR,
c. to pursue legitimate interests pursued by the Lead Controller and the joint controllers - Article 6( 1 )(f) of the GDPR - to match the offer in accordance with the candidate's profile, to determine, defend or pursue possible claims and to protect persons and property belonging to the Controller.

5. Personal data for which consent has been given for processing in the current recruitment processes point 2 a) will be processed until the completion of the processes - no longer than 6 months. Personal data to which consent has been given in point. 2 b) and c) will be processed until the purpose of their processing is fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent and actively object to the processing for this purpose.
6. The Lead Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to entities authorized under the provisions of law and to processors with whom it has concluded a joint controller agreement and data processing agreements.
7. Your personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA area. The data will be duly protected on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, including, where applicable, accepted standard contractual clauses guaranteeing the protection of individuals.
8. You have the right to request access to personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and portability. The request should be placed on the Lead Controller.
9. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a statement to the e-mail address, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.
10. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 2 c) in order to pursue the legitimate interests pursued by the Controllers, but the right to object may not be exercised in the event of justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
11. Providing personal data is voluntary, and failure to provide them may result in the inability to participate in recruitment processes.
12. Your data would not be subject for automated processing, including profiling
13. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.
