In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of customer experience (CX) measurement programs across digital and traditional channels. - Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Experience in digital transformation and/or process automation projects will be a plus.
- Focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Proven experience in CX roles in banking, fintech, consulting, or digital services companies.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced use of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping methodologies and experience metrics management.
- Ability to present results and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams and management levels.
This is your role
- Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement at each touchpoint.
- Define and report key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and reports to share findings and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to drive customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
- Research trends, best practices, and new technologies applied to customer experience in the financial sector.
