At the core of the role

Are you a structured, hands-on professional who enjoys turning strategy into real change? We are looking for an AI Enablement & Program Manager to help drive a company-wide AI enablement initiative for our client. The goal is to increase AI literacy and adoption across the organization, with a focus on practical self-service use of AI and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. This is not a role for a traditional trainer or a technical AI specialist. It is about designing, orchestrating and measuring the program.

Core skills you’ll bring

• 5 years in program/project management, enablement, or change management.

• Hands-on experience designing and coordinating trainings, workshops, or adoption initiatives.

• Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI. A technical or Data Science background is not required.

• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, effectiveness, and impact.

• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners.

• Fluent in English.

• Nice to have: experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AI-enabled ways of working.

The impact you'll create

• Design a structured AI enablement approach for different audiences, from general AI literacy to use-case-driven adoption.

• Translate strategic objectives into concrete formats such as trainings, workshops, use-case sessions, and communication, and coordinate their delivery.

• Prepare individual workshops and events in detail, and facilitate or co-facilitate them where appropriate.

• Build a measurement framework to track adoption and impact, and use the insights to continuously improve the program.
