As a Senior Test Manager, you will take full ownership of the testing lifecycle across various IT development projects. You will be responsible for defining the testing vision, establishing solid test frameworks, and ensuring that software delivery meets the highest quality standards. Acting as a key bridge between IT development and bank business units, you will translate project requirements into reliable test executions while keeping stakeholders and project managers clearly informed of overall quality status and progress.

Extensive Testing Background: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with at least 3 years specifically operating as a Project Test Manager.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing, leading, and motivating a test team or general experience in leading people.
Methodological Expertise: Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and testing support tools like JIRA and Zephyr Scale.
Soft Skills & Adaptability: High independence, flexibility, and the ability to quickly orient yourself in new, unfamiliar environments. Excellent organizational skills and strong communication capabilities for interacting with both IT and business stakeholders.
Added Advantages: Previous experience within a banking IT environment and familiarity with UML or Enterprise Architect (EA) is highly valued.
Czech or Slovak language at an excellent level is essential, with at least technical English proficiency.

Test Leadership & Strategy: Create and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test approaches tailored to individual programs and projects.
Team Management: Lead, coordinate, and mentor test coordinators and test analysts across different test levels within the team.
Methodology & Optimization: Actively participate in shaping test methodologies and optimizing the use of supporting tools to improve team efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, structured reporting to project managers and stakeholders regarding test preparation, execution status, and the quality of delivered IT solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between technical IT teams and banking business units.
