We are seeking a Certification Specialist to support both day-to-day operations and project-based initiatives related to our Integrated Management System (IMS). In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving the IMS to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You will play a key role in aligning certification processes with business objectives, helping the organization maintain and achieve a variety of certifications critical to our success.

This is you

• 3+ years of progressive experience in maintaining Integrated Management Systems
• Strong understanding of ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO20000-1 frameworks, and best practices
• Knowledge of other relevant standard frameworks (ISO45001, ISO10006, ISO37001, ISO50000) is an advantage
• Auditing experience or ISO Lead Implementer certification is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Collaboration skills for cross-functional and cross-geography teams
• Self-driven, results oriented, ability to work autonomously in hybrid mode

This is your role

• Maintain alignment with internal company policies, government and EU regulations, legal and industry standards with focus on ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO20000 certifications
• Preparation of management system review for IMS Committee in line with relevant standards
• Cooperation with other team members of Certification and Information Security teams responsible for other standards and regulations (ISO27001, TISAX, DORA, NIS2, HIPAA, GDPR etc.)
• Provide support during internal & external audits and assist with remediation activities
• Support company business requirements and act as SME person to go primarily for ISO14001 and ISO9001, knowledge and experience with other ISO standards is a plus
• Mergers & acquisitions support and participation on due diligence process for IMS
• Work closely with internal Business Development, Delivery, Engineering, IT and People & Corporate functions
• Ensure effective communication with the business leads and maintain frequent communication channel to key stakeholders per each domain
