This is the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Deal Desk Specialist to join our Business Finance team. In this role you will serve as the financial gatekeeper for project budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to the submission of service proposals to clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery and Commercial teams to support strategic pricing, staffing, and project budgeting.


This is you

  • Good understanding of project-based financials (labor costing, margins, revenue recognition).
  • Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and business judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

This is your role

  • Review & Approve Project Budgets. Evaluate project revenue and cost estimates, resource plans, and margins to ensure accuracy, and completeness before proposals are submitted to clients.
  • Governance & Compliance. Ensure all opportunities meet internal financial policies, commercial standards, and approval thresholds. Flag risks and exceptions to leadership when needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration. Liaise with Opportunity Owners from Delivery and Commercial teams assisting them in preparing the project budgets. Cooperate with other stakeholders engaged in the Business Winning Process.
