- You have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Compensation and Total Rewards strategies, systems, and processes.
- You're a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing strategic project work with daily operational tasks.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and can translate complex data into actionable insights.
- You're confident leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that Rewards programs align with business goals and market trends.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a great employee experience through thoughtful compensation and benefits programs.
This is your role
- Lead and contribute to Total Rewards projects, including the design, mapping, and implementation of new compensation and benefits processes.
- Oversee daily operations within the Total Rewards function, such as salary reviews, benefits administration, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze market data and internal metrics to generate insights and strategic recommendations on compensation and benefits.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving regulations impacting Total Rewards globally, ensuring programs remain modern and compliant.
