  • You're confident leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that Rewards programs align with business goals and market trends.
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a great employee experience through thoughtful compensation and benefits programs.


This is your role

  • Lead and contribute to Total Rewards projects, including the design, mapping, and implementation of new compensation and benefits processes.
  • Oversee daily operations within the Total Rewards function, such as salary reviews, benefits administration, and compliance monitoring.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market data and internal metrics to generate insights and strategic recommendations on compensation and benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving regulations impacting Total Rewards globally, ensuring programs remain modern and compliant.
