We are seeking an experienced and certified Genesys Cloud professional to join our team as a Genesys Cloud Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and supporting voice channels in the Genesys Cloud CX environment, along with relevant certifications and hands-on experience.

You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team of CX technology experts dedicated to delivering seamless, intelligent customer experiences using the Genesys Cloud CX platform. Our team thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, working across diverse industries to design and deploy cutting-edge contact center solutions.
This is you
- Certified in Genesys Cloud CX Architect or Genesys Cloud CX Developer.
- Hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud CX platform in production environments.
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX Voice Channels, including call routing, IVR flows, and interaction handling.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex customer experience (CX) solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is your role
- Design and implement end-to-end Genesys Cloud CX solutions, with a focus on voice channel optimization and customer journey improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize architectures, call flows, and IVR systems using Genesys Architect.
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Genesys Cloud CX deployments.
