This is you

  • 8+ years in backend development, with deep experience in Java (17+) and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience in technical discovery, system assessment, and architecture design for large-scale or multi-tenant systems
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and containerized deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and managing large deployments on Kubernetes
  • Comfortable translating business needs into technical architecture and well-defined SoWs
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in lottery, iGaming, or highly regulated transactional platforms is a significant plus


This is your role

  • Leading and executing technical discovery across several OpCos, identifying business requirements, technical constraints, and current architectural limitations
  • Designing a new reference architecture using modern Java (Spring Boot), microservices, containerized environments (Docker), and orchestrated platforms (Kubernetes)
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, DevOps, product teams, and other technical leads
  • Producing a detailed Scope of Work (SoW) for implementation based on discovery findings and architectural vision.
