Do you have admin experience and a passion for people? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Czech & English-speaking team player to support our People & Culture team. From managing HR data and documents to helping colleagues and organizing monthly breakfasts- you’ll be at the heart of our team!

This is you

• You have some previous experience from an administrative role, with exposure to P&C tasks.
• Having a general understanding of P&C concepts, terminology, and processes is beneficial. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) will shoot you to the top of the applicant pool.
• You can handle confidential information with discretion.
• You bring a customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to employee satisfaction.  
• You’re an outstanding communicator in Czech and English.

This is your role

• Support and coordinate various admin tasks related to the employee life cycle.
• In cooperation with other colleagues, assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of P&C documents
• Ensure that all documents are accurately updated and filed.
• Entering and updating employee data in the Information System (HRIS) and coordinating the HRIS data maintenance and reporting seems like your daily routine
• Expect to be in direct communication with employees and managers who will turn to you for help.
• Organising popular staff breakfasts once a month, making your colleagues' work day more enjoyable.
