We are currently looking for a junior IT & Business Analyst to join our banking project in Bratislava. This role is ideal for junior candidates or graduates with a solid IT education, familiarity with analytical tools, information systems and a theoretical understanding of banking software and products.

This is you

• University degree in information technology
• Previous work experience (at least 1 year) in the role of IT analyst or Business Analyst
• Very good overview of the IT system operation, technologies and knowledge of analytical tools (UML, BPMN, EA and others)
• Ability to gather, analyze requirements, propose changes and new IT solutions
• Also knowledge of creating use case scenarios
• Good theoretical knowledge of banking systems and products 
• Very good communication skills to work effectively with the teams and customers
• Exhibit proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level

This is your role

• You will gathering and analysing requirements
• Collaborating on the design of changes to systems, processes and products
• Creating use case scenarios and user stories as a base for development
• Support in testing, implementation and deployment of solutions
• Documentation of proposed solutions, process changes and specifications
• Communicating with developers, testers and other teams across the company
