We are seeking a Principal Java Engineer to join our team working on cloud optimization solutions. This role demands a highly experienced Java developer with a passion for innovation, cloud technologies, and scalable software architecture. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, high-performance cloud management systems that drive business value for our clients.

This is you

• 6+ years of software development experience in Java with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role;
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go);
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, containerization);
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation);
• Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

This is your role

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications;
• Define and enforce coding standards, software architecture best practices, and CI/CD workflows;
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering growth and innovation;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through thoughtful architecture;
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to hands-on development when needed;
• Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, tools, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
