We are looking for a proactive and strategic Resource Management Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring efficient resource allocation, smooth communication with stakeholders, and alignment of staffing processes with business goals.
This is you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, resource management, or a similar role in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to align staffing plans to business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional and diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and expectation management.
- Expertise in improving staffing workflows and processes.
- Ability to interpret and leverage staffing metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex staffing scenarios.
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and multitasking capabilities.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher – both written and spoken.
This is your role
- Maintain and oversee staffing activities across departments and teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for staffing-related communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and visibility of staffing progress through regular updates and reporting.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively escalate staffing issues and remove blockers to maintain smooth staffing operations.
- Facilitate and lead information-intensive meetings such as staffing calls and regular syncs.
- Monitor staffing metrics, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team harmony when needed.
