Would you like to be the face of our reception and stay in the know about everything happening in the office?

We’re looking for a junior organized person to join our team in Prague as the first point of contact for both visitors and colleagues. Your role will be to help keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.

If you’re comfortable speaking English and enjoy working with people on a daily basis, this might be the perfect fit for you!


This is you

• Have at least some essential experience in reception or administrative work
• You’re looking for a full-time position with regular office attendance
• Well-organized person and able to follow tasks through to completion
• You speak Czech fluently and can communicate in English at a B1–B2 level
• Experience with using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• And last but not least, you’re communicative, approachable, and able to stay calm and collected even when things get a bit hectic

This is your role

• You’ll be teaming up with our current receptionist to create a well-coordinated front desk duo
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: greeting visitors, handling phone calls and emails, managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, and keeping track of deliveries
• Taking care of the smooth daily operation of the reception and office spaces - meeting rooms, kitchens, coffee and snack supplies, and office essentials
• Communicating across departments - you'll collaborate with accounting, HR, and external suppliers
• Handling routine administrative tasks and preparing reports
• Getting support and guidance from a friendly team during your onboarding
• Working in a informal environment of an international IT company
