This is the job
As an IT Technical Support you’ll be working with technical issues both for hardware and software. Your daily tasks could involve moving equipment, supporting colleagues in for example software installation and troubleshooting but also configuration of end-users’ laptops/desktops. The role also includes support of PDAs onsite, basic network patching and connections of cables i.e. printers, monitors, PCs etc. You’re experienced in different information technology systems and are used to both analyzing and maintaining them.

This is you
You’re experienced in working in similar roles and understand the broad spectrum that comes with the role. Hopefully you find it fulfilling to help people out when they experience difficulties with their computers, phones or other technical equipment. You should be comfortable working in English, spoken and written. Danish language knowledge is a plus.

Skills:

• Knowledge in Microsoft + Linux eco system
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
• Basic knowledge of SCCM
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN configuration, NAT/Hardware-based load balancing, encryption and network security best practices
• Knowledge of Internet network concepts, protocols and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
• Ability to prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, multitasking and works independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to exercise good judgement, to independently assess risk, and to make critical decisions
