This is you

• At least 5 years experience of IS Project Management delivering complex projects on global scale
• At least 2 years experience of purchasing or contract lifecycle management IT application implementation
• HR domain experience required
• Experience of leading RFx (RFI, RFP, leading vendor assessment and selection, offer preparations and comparisons etc.)
• PMP or Prince 2, Agile ITIL Scrum Master Certification
• Strong documentation, communication, facilitation and consensus building skills
• Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing the best practice, creative solutions to the business
• Fluent spoken and written English

This is your role

• Managing the full project lifecycle - from initiation, scoping, and planning through execution, testing, and transition to operations, including coordination of planned maintenance windows and change management activities to minimize disruption to production services
• Acting as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Translating complex technical details into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinating cross-functional internal teams (system administrators, network, storage, and security engineers) and external vendors
• Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
• Facilitating regular client meetings, steering committees, and progress updates
• Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
• Coordinating implementation of scheduled changes during maintenance windows (nonstandard working hours)
