The project focuses on the development and maintenance of the client’s internal systems. The core product is a Loan Origination System (LOS) that enables customers to finance or refinance vehicles by offering optimal loan rates and terms.
This is you
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong proficiency in Python for building data pipelines and workflow logic
Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (designing, scheduling, and monitoring DAGs)
Solid experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, views, and performance optimization
Practical experience with AWS services, especially Amazon S3 and cloud-based data pipelines
Strong understanding of data quality, observability, and reliability best practices
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
This is your role
Develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines
Design, build, and optimize Airflow DAGs for production workloads
Create and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, tables, and views
Implement best practices for performance, cost efficiency, and data governance
Manage data ingestion and storage using AWS services (S3)
Deploy, configure, and support Airflow environments in AWS (MWAA or EC2-based)
Ensure data quality through monitoring, logging, testing, and alerting
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and performance issues
Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams
