The project is the fastest and easiest platform enabling enterprises and healthcare organizations to rapidly create, manage, and distribute targeted learning content. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior UX Designer to join the Software Development & Innovation Group (SDIG). In this role, you will envision and design high-quality user experiences for complex software solutions, applying UX best practices within an agile development environment.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate user needs into elegant, intuitive, and impactful solutions while championing product's standards of quality and excellence.

This is you

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, user-centered thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and design system experience.

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools; ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.

• Solid background in human-centered design and UX best practices.

• Experience conducting user research and using data to inform design decisions and business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.

• Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement in user experience.

• Advanced level of English.

Nice-to-have skills:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Design, or a related field.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, particularly for healthcare or business applications.

• Experience with image and graphics production tools.

• Background in educational technologies or instructional design.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization best practices.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This is your role

• Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to design and deliver world-class software products.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deeply understand user needs and define product requirements.

• Communicate design concepts using user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Contribute to and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring alignment across content, brand, and interactions.

• Support stakeholder validation throughout the design and development lifecycle.

• Provide design guidance to ensure pixel-perfect execution and overall product excellence.

• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including story refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
