We are looking for a highly experienced developer focused on working on complex systems and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Senior Engineers take on large-scale projects, provide mentorship to engineers of all levels, and ensure systems are scalable and resilient. They lead cross-team initiatives, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and advocate for best practices, including CI/CD enhancements and infrastructure automation.

This is you
Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Development, experience with Microsoft technology stack
Proficient knowledge in .NET, C#, ASP .NET Core
Proficient knowledge in ASP .NET MVC, ASP .NET WebAPI and EF Core
Proficient knowledge in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or OracleDB. Experience with Azure Cosmos DB.
Experience in architecture and implementation of end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices applications.
Experience with distributed architectures and asynchronous flows, including message driven approach using queues/topics with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Event Hubs, etc.
Experience with testing, metrics, monitoring and logging on a large scale distributed system
Advanced knowledge/experience with Cloud native development, preferably using Azure as a platform (App Services, Access Services, Container Apps, Integration Services, Functions, Logic apps). AWS is also appriciated.
Advanced knowledge in Authentication protocols, OAuth and OpenID
Knowledge CI\CD methodology and tools, experience with Azure DevOps environment
Experience in Front End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with frameworks like Blazor, React or Angular.
Experience with team collaboration systems/software (GIT, Jira, Confluence, etc)
Familiar with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban
Good communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate complex technical challenges
Organized and able to work with tight schedules
Adaptability to new technologies
Advanced English spoken and written

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
Perform code reviews and continuously improve code and solution quality
Provide production support to ensure reliability and stability
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across environments
Act as a technical mentor, supporting knowledge sharing and provide technical leadership
