We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Prague team who knows how to find the best IT talent.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help ensure a professional and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, our Talent Acquisition team consists of 9 members, and globally we are 57. Together, we source IT talent worldwide. We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our Prague team.
This is you
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
Good knowledge of ATS systems used in recruitment and other recruitment tools
Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and sourcing on social media
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to handle confidential information, organize work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong presentation skills and willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team
Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs
Good negotiation skills – align expectations on salary, benefits, and working conditions while maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
This is your role
Actively search for and engage candidates on various platforms, including social media
Coordinate the entire recruitment process: from posting job openings, through screening and interviews, to final offers
Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Manage and update records in our ATS system
Share your experience with other members of the Talent Acquisition team and help improve recruitment processes
Contribute to presenting Avenga as an attractive employer and support employer branding on social media
