In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, our Talent Acquisition team consists of 9 members, and globally we are 57. Together, we source IT talents worldwide. We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our Bratislava team.
This is position
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes under close supervision, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to process improvements, maintains compliance with company policies, and assists in employer branding efforts. With personalized guidance for self-development, this role plays a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the organization's growth.
This is you
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment under close supervision.
Fluency in English (B2/C1), both written and verbal. Slovak language on native level.
Good understanding of ATS and other professional tools to support process optimization and efficiency.
Competent in interview techniques, profiling, and cross-platform checks, as well as sourcing methods and social media platforms to effectively identify, attract, and engage candidates.
Basic skills in research, analytics, stakeholder management, and time & priorities management to support recruitment strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Foundational mentoring and presentation skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and insights with team members.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive and performance-oriented mindset, with adaptability to changing recruitment needs.
Negotiation Ability – persuading, influencing, and problem-solving to align expectations on salary, benefits, and job conditions while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction for both parties.
This is your role
Serve as an ambassador of our core values and company culture.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring to promote a diverse workforce.
Create and organize candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy.
Participate in the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Present engagement offers to the selected candidates.
Work closely with the Senior TA members, providing regular updates on work priorities and initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth process and positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-engagement screenings.
Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and follow-ups.
Share knowledge and insights with team members through presentations or discussions on recruitment strategies, tools, or industry trends.
Support and guide TA associates by sharing the best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The basic salary component from 1400 EUR gross per month - the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate.
