We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (QE SR) to join the Enterprise Architecture team within the Quality Engineering Management area.

In this role, you will ensure the end-to-end quality of critical technology solutions, validating integrations, core business processes, and legacy platforms, with a strong focus on test automation, performance, and security.

You will become a key member of a specialized Quality Engineering team working closely with architects, developers, and platform owners. The team’s mission is to guarantee reliability, scalability, and security across complex enterprise ecosystems, including modern services and legacy environments such as Mainframe and Midrange systems.

This role offers the opportunity to influence quality standards, improve testing practices, and contribute to mission-critical solutions that impact large-scale operations.

This is you

• Proven experience as a Senior QE / QA Engineer in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Python and test automation frameworks.

• Experience managing test environments and test data.

• Hands-on experience with Mainframe and/or Midrange systems.

• Experience with service virtualization tools.

• Knowledge of code scanning and application security tools.

• Experience performing performance and load testing.

• Ability to work autonomously with a strong quality mindset.

• Strong analytical skills and collaborative attitude.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience working with enterprise architecture teams.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Exposure to large-scale or highly regulated environments.
  

This is your role

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated testing strategies.

• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python.

• Prepare, configure, and maintain test environments and manage test data profiling.

• Validate system integrations, batch processes, and critical business flows across legacy platforms (Mainframe/Midrange).

• Implement service virtualization to simulate dependent services and improve testing efficiency.

• Perform code scanning and security validations to identify vulnerabilities and design flaws.

• Conduct performance, load, stress, and stability testing to ensure system reliability.

• Collaborate with technical and architecture teams to drive continuous quality improvements and end-to-end process excellence.
