The Senior Technical Project Manager role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, transformation, and operational management of complex telecom network solution stacks across multi-vendor and multi-product environments.
The job focuses on leading the delivery of Policy Control (PCRF/PCF), Data Charging Systems, Network Messaging Platforms, and related telecom solutions, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business objectives, and service-level commitments.
This is you
Proven expertise in Telecom Networks Solution Stacks, including PCRF / PCF, Data Charging Systems, Network Messaging Platforms, and PNM solutions
Strong background in technical project, program, and portfolio management
Experience leading end-to-end delivery strategies and large transformation programs
Ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-product, multi-vendor environments
Solid understanding of service management, managed services, support, and maintenance operations
A structured, metrics-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and compliance
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin, and P&L management
Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills, including CXO-level communication
A natural leader who coaches, mentors, and builds high-performing, cross-functional teams
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic planning
This is your role
Owning and executing delivery strategies across projects, programs, and transformation initiatives
Leading technical project and program execution from initiation through delivery and operational handover
Establishing governance structures, including PI Planning, steering committees, and delivery frameworks
Managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and integration
Coordinating multi-vendor delivery, internal teams, and regional stakeholders
Defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and benefits realization
Ensuring operational readiness, stability, and long-term service excellence
Overseeing regional service management, including support, maintenance, and managed services
Acting as the primary customer interface, managing escalations and executive-level communication
Preparing and delivering executive presentations and structured communication plans
Driving change management, continuous improvement, and delivery practice optimization
Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margin, and change control
