In Central Bohemia, within the Automotive industry, we are actively seeking a professional to support dealer network on a 50% part-time basis.

This is you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of the assigned region

• Excellent IT skills with familiarity in dealer IT ecosystems

• Experience with internal automotive industry IT systems and applications, as well as relevant digital tools used within the dealer network.

• Understanding of dealer sales and service processes.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; reliable with attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure, make objective decisions, and estimate time/cost accurately

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Driving license B and willingness to travel

• Professional proficiency in Czech (including grammar, typography, and proofreading)

• Working proficiency in English

This is your role

• Provide IT consulting and support to the dealer network both online & on-site

• Support dealer readiness from both hardware and software perspectives

• Assist with IT-related topics in electromobility and digital tools used by dealers

• Actively manage incidents, prioritize based on business impact, and collaborate on incident management.

• Continuously train and coach dealer IT staff and key users; identify coaching priorities.

• Prepare analyses, statistics, evaluations, and presentations; propose optimizations and improvements

• Collaborate with company´s regional advisors (Sales/Service), participate in regular status meetings, and provide reporting

• Deliver assigned tasks within the region to achieve defined KPIs
