This is you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Practical experience supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

• Basic experience with tax compliance and statutory filings

• Working knowledge of IFRS and core accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools

• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team

• Reliable, responsible, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment

This is your role

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and cash transactions

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet and account reconciliations

• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS

• Assist in preparing statutory accounts and supporting documentation

• Support audit processes, including preparation of schedules and responses to audit queries

• Assist with tax compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns and statutory filings

• Prepare basic financial analyses, reports, and variance explanations

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls

• Collaborate closely with senior accountants and cross-functional teams

• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
