As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business value across a complex, global Salesforce ecosystem. You will act as the analytical bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring high-quality requirements, smooth delivery, and functional excellence.

In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce Lightning–based solutions and their end-to-end integrations with systems such as SAP, MuleSoft, eCommerce platforms, CPQ, and document management tools. You will validate solution designs, challenge vendor proposals, support UAT and solution validation, and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture

This is you

• Acting as the primary analytical bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and external vendors

• Leading end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation

• Translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders

• Supporting multiple IT initiatives in parallel while maintaining prioritization and clarity

• Collaborating closely with Program and Project Managers as part of a global delivery model

• Ensuring functional excellence across Salesforce Lightning modules and integrated systems

• Challenging and validating vendor solution designs to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture

• Working across end-to-end integrations (SAP, MuleSoft, CPQ, eCommerce platforms, Conga, and other Sales & Marketing systems)

• Documenting data flows, process dependencies, and integration impacts across connected systems

Nice-to-have skills:

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a strong advantage

• Experience with process-mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Miro)

• Experience supporting UAT activities and cross-platform testing

This is your role

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments

• Proven track record in Salesforce programs and multi-system integration projects

• Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery setups

• Solid expertise in Salesforce Lightning and relevant functional modules

• Strong understanding of integrated enterprise architecture and cross-system dependencies

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking and attention to detail
