We are looking for a new team member to join our Bratislava office in the role of Sales Assistant (part-time). This position combines responsibilities across sales support, finance, and administrative activities.
In this role, you will leverage experience with invoicing, strong communication skills, as well as direct experience in administration.

University degree or High school diploma – flexible students are welcome
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including interest in sales - confidence in working with financial documents (invoices and purchase orders)
Excellent organizational and time management skills is important
Good knowledge of back-office systems (ERP, CRM) and MS Office tools (Excel)
Native-level Slovak/Czech with full working proficiency in English
Previous experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role is advantage
Demonstrated analytical abilities, proactive in anticipating and addressing issues with attention to details
This is your role
Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate invoices, including VAT and customer details, and monitor payment due dates
Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and service information via email and phone
Process customer orders in internal systems and coordinate with sales, accounting, and other departments to resolve issues
Organize office procedures, maintain records, monitor supplies, and manage basic equipment and company assets
Support reception duties and assist with related administrative tasks as needed, including onboarding new employees and distributing equipment
Coordinate departmental events, including catering and logistics
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues while ensuring compliance with company policies
Monitor and replace obsolete equipment, handle office malfunctions, and maintain company vehicles in the absence of the fleet manager
Prepare and update reports, records, and documentation as required

The basic salary component from 1300 EUR gross per month - the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate
