We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the design and orchestration of intelligent agentic frameworks within our evolving digital ecosystem. This role is a sophisticated blend of generative AI strategy and technical architecture, focused on bridging the gap between high-level reasoning concepts and production-ready engineering.
This is you
Strong experience designing AI agents and orchestration flows, including tool-use, multi-step reasoning, and delegated logic.
Hands‑on implementation of prototypes, orchestration logic, and interaction flows (Python / Node.js / notebooks / sandbox tools).
Proficiency with agentic/LLM frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and model behaviour tuning.
Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG/CAG) and embedding/vector search principles.
Ability to define small test sets, run structured checks, and interpret results for actionable improvements.
Solid grasp of security, privacy, and risk considerations specific to AI (prompt/data handling, AI model security).
Familiarity with Azure AI components (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, APIM, Service Bus/Event Grid).
You are fluent in English at a communicative level.
Czech or Slovak language at an professional level is essential.
This is your role
Design & Orchestration: Create agent behaviors, reasoning flows, and multi-agent patterns (like planner–executor or routing) for complex workflows.
Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine secure prompts, system instructions, and behavioral templates to ensure consistent, high-quality reasoning.
Rapid Prototyping: Build lightweight PoCs and minimal code snippets to validate agent logic and LLM capabilities before production.
RAG/CAG Development: Construct early-stage retrieval pipelines, focusing on chunking logic, embedding strategies, and context assembly.
Evaluation & QA: Conduct structured testing for reasoning consistency and tool-use correctness while identifying and mitigating hallucinations.
Architectural Alignment: Partner with AI/IT architects and delivery engineers to ensure designs are feasible, maintainable, and secure.
Knowledge Leadership: Share best practices on agentic design and support development teams in adopting LLM-based standards.
Continuous Learning: Monitor emerging trends in orchestration frameworks and retrieval systems to keep internal standards up to date.
Documentation: Record design decisions, constraints, and test results to provide actionable recommendations for implementation teams.
Enablement Focus: Act as a bridge between design and engineering, focusing on validation and technical guidance rather than core application development.
