Are you a senior tech professional who loves building cutting-edge AI solutions with the latest technologies? We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will spearhead the design, architecture, and orchestration of intelligent agentic frameworks and production-ready AI applications. You will bridge the gap between high-level generative AI strategy and robust engineering, creating scalable, reusable AI assets that drive true innovation and deliver significant value to our customers and business.
This is you
Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or ML application development, with a proven track record of delivering complex, reusable AI solutions independently.
AI & Agentic Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience designing AI agents, multi-step reasoning flows, and multi-agent patterns. Proficiency with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen, along with solid knowledge of prompt engineering and model behavior tuning.
Modern AI Tech Stack: Practical understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG/CAG), embedding/vector search principles, and conversational AI architecture (state management, chatbots).
Cloud & Tools Expertise: Deep familiarity with cloud environments, specifically GCP (Vertex AI) OR Azure (Azure OpenAI, APIM, Cognitive Search). Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Development Skills: Strong Python programming skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous coding, and rapid prototyping (notebooks, sandbox tools).
Engineering Best Practices: Solid grasp of the entire ML lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, automated APIs, performance monitoring (smart caching, latency optimization), and AI-specific security, privacy, and risk considerations.
Education & Mindset: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You have an analytical mind, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and a passion for continuous learning in emerging AI trends.
You are fluent in English at a communicative level.
Czech or Slovak language at an professional level is essential.
This is your role
Design & Orchestration: Create scalable, reusable AI applications, agent behaviors, and complex routing patterns (e.g., planner–executor) to hook seamlessly into our digital ecosystem.
Rapid Prototyping & RAG: Build lightweight PoCs, validate LLM capabilities, and construct early-stage retrieval pipelines focusing on chunking logic, embedding strategies, and context assembly.
Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine secure prompts, system instructions, and behavioral templates to ensure consistent, high-quality reasoning.
Lifecycle & DevOps Management: Handle CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and security for everything the team delivers. Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to optimize the ML lifecycle.
Evaluation & QA: Define test sets, run structured checks, interpret results for actionable improvements, and mitigate hallucinations to ensure tool-use correctness.
Performance & Architecture Alignment: Boost platform performance using smart latency tricks while partnering with IT architects to ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Knowledge Leadership & Enablement: Share best practices on agentic design, review code, maintain documentation, and act as a bridge between design and core application engineering.
