This is you
You have practical experience with SW development at a senior level (4+ years of development experience).
You have knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Framework knowledge and practical skills with Jenkins, UCD/ArgoCD, Kubernetes, cloud.
Experience with messaging systems (Artemis, Kafka)
Experience with LLM
Implementation of RAG/CAG systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation / Cache-Augmented Generation).
Experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
Strong understanding of NLP/ML concepts (focused on application/inference rather than model training).
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments.
Proven track record in AI-driven process automation and integration with existing systems and workflows.
Ability to work independently, but also the ability to collaborate and communicate well with others.
Czech or Slovak language at an excellent level is essential, English at least on technical level.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality web applications
Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on good testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
Participate in code reviews
Work in an Agile development environment
