We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to spearhead our infrastructure automation and cloud strategy. In this role, you will be the primary architect and hands-on expert for our Azure-based ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and deployed through robust CI/CD pipelines.
As a Senior you will be designing the future of complex application platforms, mentoring junior engineers, and establishing best practices for high-availability environments.
This is you
Azure Architecture: Architect and implement enterprise-grade Azure infrastructures to ensure scalable, secure, and governed environments, deep experience with Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and maintain modular and reusable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Orchestration/Containerization: Manage and scale containerized workloads at scale based on Kubernetes or OpenShift, containerize using Docker, pack using Helm/Kustomize.
CI/CD Leadership: Architect and optimize automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps (AZDO), GitHub Action, GitLab, design Release, Tagging and branching strategies.
Cloud-Native Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging for microservices using industry standards like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
Operational Standards: Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and implement proactive alerting to minimize MTTR.
Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for the engineering department, providing guidance on cloud architecture and troubleshooting complex production issues.
Application Lifecycle: Solid understanding of how to build and deploy C# (.NET), Java (Maven/Gradle), and JavaScript (Node.js/React) applications.
Nice-to-have skills:
Multi-Cloud: Experience with AWS or GCP.
Automation: Configuration management using Ansible or any other Config Managers.
Scripting/Programming: Solid proficiency in Python or Bash for custom tooling and automation.
Security: Experience with DevSecOps practices (vaulting, scanning, compliance).
Linux Administration: Experience managing and hardening Linux OS (Ubuntu, RHEL, or Alpine) at the kernel or system level.
Software Testing: Familiarity with best practices for automated software testing, basic experience with well know testing frameworks.
ML & AI Services: Basic experience in provisioning or managing AI or ML solution on any platform
