Strong hands-on experience working with Intune, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server and Exchange Online
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including GPO management, DNS, and AD replication
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
Hands-on experience with Citrix
Solid understanding of Windows Server and System Center, maintenance and troubleshooting (patching, backups, updates)
Experience managing Entra ID (Azure AD) Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) for controlling privileged access and just-in-time administration
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, VPN, and routing
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
Strong understanding of security best practices in the context of system management and data protection
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
