We are launching a new project and building a dedicated team focused on developing another key system within our recruitment ecosystem.
As a leading recruitment solutions provider in Central and Eastern Europe, we support millions of users and tens of thousands of companies through our platforms and services. This new system will play an important role in further expanding our ecosystem, serving both job seekers and employers.

This is you
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Frontend / JavaScript Developer
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NextJS
Very good knowledge of CSS and modern styling approaches
Good knowledge of NodeJS in a production environment
Experience working with monorepositories (e.g., Turbopack, package creation)
Good understanding of WCAG and Web Performance optimization
Practical application of design patterns
Experience with Vite and Vitest
Knowledge of secure coding principles (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Good knowledge of Git
Familiarity with modern ECMAScript standards (ES2025)
Fluent Polish and at least upper-intermediate (B2+) level of English are required.
Nice-to-have skills:
Knowledge of the Azure platform
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of PowerShell / Bash / CMD and frontend microservices architecture
Experience with TDD
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience coordinating technical work within a product or product area
This is your role
Developing and maintaining modern web applications within a large-scale recruitment ecosystem
Designing scalable, high-performance solutions with strong business context
Collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, architects, researchers, and business stakeholders
Mentoring team members and sharing best engineering practices
Conducting code reviews and supporting quality assurance initiatives
Participating in pair programming sessions
Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction of the product
This role follows a hybrid work model and requires working from the office 1–2 days per week
