We are launching a new project and building a dedicated team focused on developing another key system within our recruitment ecosystem.

As a leading recruitment solutions provider in Central and Eastern Europe, we support millions of users and tens of thousands of companies through our platforms and services. This new system will play an important role in further expanding our ecosystem, serving both job seekers and employers.

The scale is significant, and the roadmap is long-term — offering real impact, technical challenges, and growth opportunities.

This is you

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working with C#, ASP.NET, and WebAPI 

• Knowledge of relational database technologies (MS SQL / T-SQL) 

• Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles 

• Ability to design clear application architecture with attention to domain logic and clean code principles 

• Experience in designing REST APIs 

• Experience in writing unit tests 

• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships 

• Willingness to learn and grow 

• Ability to consciously and effectively use coding agents as support in daily development work 

• Advanced level of the Polish language.
  

This is your role

• Co-creating a new system within a large-scale recruitment ecosystem

• Building new functionalities based on a microservices architecture using .NET technology 

• Developing solutions from idea to production deployment 

• Designing solutions with business context in mind 

• Ensuring the quality and performance of delivered solutions 

• Analyzing requirements together with the business team 

• Co-shaping the technical development direction of the application 

• Collaborating with other teams, including designers, architects, researchers, and business stakeholders 

• Conducting code reviews 

• Pair programming.
