We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join a long-term transformation project for an European client in the automotive industry. You will be part of a PMO team driving strategic change, ensuring that complex project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications are managed with precision.
This is you
Proven experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within a PMO or large-scale corporate transformation environment.
Strong expertise in Schedule and Timeline Management, with the ability to integrate various workstreams and contact persons.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, capable of coordinating between diverse teams and managing expectations.
Meticulous approach to Documentation & Quality Control, ensuring all project artifacts are consistent and complete.
Familiarity with Change Management principles and supporting the implementation of business requirements.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with experience preparing materials for committees and top-management meetings.
English level: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher is required.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Nice-to-have skills:
Czech language skills are a significant advantage
Previous experience in the Automotive domain or working with large industrial manufacturers.
This is your role
Drive the overall project management for a key transformation initiative within the automotive sector.
Manage schedules and integrate all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication through briefings and meeting minutes.
Ensure consistency and completeness of all project documentation and follow up on content-related tasks.
Prepare high-level committee and top-management meetings, including the creation of presentations and status reports.
Support the implementation of business requirements and facilitate the change management process.
Act as a central point of coordination within the PMO to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Maintain quality control across all project deliverables, ensuring they meet the standards of an enterprise-grade environment.
Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives to ensure a smooth transformation journey.
