We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and govern complex transformation initiatives end to end. You will be responsible for program coordination, stakeholder alignment, execution control, and supporting change management across multiple business domains.
This role requires strong experience in managing complex projects, ideally within large, international organizations, and a solid understanding of digital and business transformation.
This is you
5+ years of experience managing complex projects (mandatory)
Experience in digital and/or business transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to work in international and cross-functional environments
Experience in the automotive industry is a nice to have
This is your role
Ensure end-to-end governance of transformation programs
Lead program coordination, project planning, and execution control
Drive the development of disruptive sales model initiatives
Prepare business cases, benchmarking, and analytical materials
Support market rollout and localization activities
Harmonize multiple initiatives into one coherent strategy framework
Act as an expert contributor across sales, aftersales, and customer journey topics
Align stakeholders across different regions and functions
Prepare materials for management and steering committees
Support change management and implementation activities
