The Account Operations Specialist is a key role responsible for managing client relationships, and supporting internal teams. This position works closely with the Project Managers, Account Delivery Managers and clients to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. The Account Operations Specialist ensures the smooth execution of client projects by handling administrative, contractual, and team coordination tasks.
This is you
1-3 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Project coordinator or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Very good multitasking, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to self-organize and achieve objectives within committed timeframes
Integrity and reliability
Attention to detail
Analytical thinking
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience and knowledge in the area of IT Services & SDLC
This is your role
Processing client project requests accordingly.
Preparing internal CV documents to showcase employees' technical expertise.
Assisting delivery team members in demonstrating their professional experience, soft skills, and project fit to clients.
Preparing delivery team work timesheets, handling related administration, and communicating them with clients.
Developing contractual documents in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams when necessary.
Organizing and assisting with account management activities, including preparing and attending client meetings and gathering client feedback.
Acting as a primary point of contact between the company and the clients.
Reporting project and team status to management.
Onboarding new specialists for client projects.
