We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support project execution and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.

You will assist in planning, communication, documentation control, and support change implementation across the organization while working closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders.

This is you

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management (or strong theoretical background with practical exposure)

• Basic understanding of project and program management principles

• Familiarity with schedule and timeline tracking

• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills

• Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation

• Understanding of quality assurance and change management concepts

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance when needed

• Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience or strong interest in the automotive industry

• Czech language skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).

This is your role

• Support the overall project lifecycle from initiation to delivery

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and ensure information flow

• Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes

• Maintain project documentation and ensure its consistency and completeness

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates

• Assist in preparing materials for management and committee meetings

• Support implementation of business requirements and change management initiatives

• Identify potential risks and escalate them in a timely manner
