As Avenga continues its global integration journey, the company is strengthening its corporate structure, leadership model, and long-term strategic direction. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Head of Transformation to join our global leadership team.
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive enterprise-level integration and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across organizational, operational, and process dimensions following acquisitions, and enabling the company to operate as one integrated global organization.
This is you
You possess a strong understanding of international business environments
You hold a university degree in economics, business, technology, or a related field
You have at least 3 years of experience as a strategic/project analyst, business consultant, senior analyst, or in a similar role
Experience with a Big4 firm or leading strategy consultancies such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, or Arthur D. Little is preferred
You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with diligence, flexibility, and analytical thinking
You demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent English language skills
This is your role
Manage the integration of merged companies across organizational, operational, and process dimensions
Organize and facilitate strategy-creation processes involving senior leadership
Gather cross-organizational insights to support strategic decision-making
Lead key company development and transformation initiatives
Coordinate and monitor strategic projects at the global level
Support the design and transformation of the company’s future operating model
Prepare executive presentations and long-term strategic plans
Conduct competitive analyses and monitor relevant market trends
Contribute to and lead ad-hoc strategic initiatives as required
