As Avenga continues its global integration journey, the company is strengthening its corporate structure, leadership model, and long-term strategic direction. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Head of Transformation to join our global leadership team.

The purpose of this role is to lead and drive enterprise-level integration and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across organizational, operational, and process dimensions following acquisitions, and enabling the company to operate as one integrated global organization.

This is you

• You possess a strong understanding of international business environments

• You hold a university degree in economics, business, technology, or a related field

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a strategic/project analyst, business consultant, senior analyst, or in a similar role

• Experience with a Big4 firm or leading strategy consultancies such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, or Arthur D. Little is preferred

• You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with diligence, flexibility, and analytical thinking

• You demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent English language skills

This is your role

• Manage the integration of merged companies across organizational, operational, and process dimensions

• Organize and facilitate strategy-creation processes involving senior leadership

• Gather cross-organizational insights to support strategic decision-making

• Lead key company development and transformation initiatives

• Coordinate and monitor strategic projects at the global level

• Support the design and transformation of the company’s future operating model

• Prepare executive presentations and long-term strategic plans

• Conduct competitive analyses and monitor relevant market trends

• Contribute to and lead ad-hoc strategic initiatives as required
