We're seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our team in Argentina, powering the digital innovation for one of the country's top private banks - a national leader in financial services.

Dive into end-to-end development: design, build, and integrate software components in line with functional and technical specifications. Your work will scale into larger solutions, driving user experiences that shape the future of banking.

This is you

• 5+ years of proven experience in native iOS/mobile app development;

• Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C;

• End-to-end development mindset with strong backend expertise for scalable services;

• Experience maintaining/evolving public-facing platforms in financial services, impacting user acquisition and growth;

• Strong task prioritization, active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills;

• Preferable location: Buenos Aires (CABA or AMBA);

• Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate level in English.

This is your role

• Design, develop, maintain, and integrate iOS software components per functional/technical specs;

• Review code for defects, quality, and performance; document per standards (functional, architectural, in-code comments);

• Deliver full application lifecycle: concept, design, development, testing, implementation, support; maintain production apps, fix defects, add features;

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to gather requirements, build prototypes, conceptualize/test/release products, and optimize performance/user interfaces;

• Research technologies, propose improvements, meet timelines, prioritize cross-functional tasks, and contribute to standards/guidelines;

• Identify improvements/non-conformities for continuous enhancement; promote innovation, share learnings, and align with team OKRs.
