This is you
5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related fields
Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks
Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, function calling, and retrieval optimization
Experience designing multi-agent systems and orchestration flows
Strong Python skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks
Experience with async programming, Pydantic, and Docker
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or similar
Ability to work independently in fast-paced R&D / POC environments
Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English
Ability to work with 1-2 hours daily overlap with the US PST timezone.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with GCP (Vertex AI/Gemini), AWS, or Azure
Background in Computer Vision, signal processing, or image processing

Design and develop AI systems powered by LLMs and agentic workflows
Build and optimize advanced RAG pipelines and semantic retrieval systems
Develop scalable backend APIs and AI orchestration services
Implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or similar frameworks
Build ingestion and processing pipelines for large unstructured datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in rapid R&D and prototyping environments
Evaluate and implement modern AI/ML technologies and best practices
Drive R&D by exploring the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and knowledge-based systems
Document system architecture, research findings, and development methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
