In CABA, Argentina within the Data Engineering and Integration domain, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to quality assurance of complex data systems and real-time data flows. You'll be responsible for validating event processing, integrations, and pipelines associated with critical business processes including benefits, refunds, and discounts. This senior-level role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical abilities, and the autonomy to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across complex distributed systems.

This is you

• Senior-level experience with solid track record validating complex systems, integrations, and data flows.

• Expert knowledge of Apache NiFi for data flow automation and orchestration.

• Strong proficiency with Apache Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.

• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, data validation, and analysis.

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database validation.

• Advanced Excel proficiency specifically for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with Visual Studio working on .dtsx packages and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

• Working knowledge of Confluent platform for Kafka management.

• Proficiency using Postman for API testing and validation.

• Experience with Swagger for API documentation and testing.

• Strong understanding of JSON data structures and validation.

• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and processes.

• Experience working with OpenShift or similar container platforms.

• Technical tools proficiency including Notepad++ for data manipulation.

• Experience using Miro for collaborative documentation and workflows.

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and defect management.

• Solid experience working with Scrum methodology in agile environments.

• Technical autonomy with ability to work independently on complex problems.

• Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.

• Proactive profile with strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-have skills:

• ISTQB or similar QA certifications.

• Experience with test automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of financial systems related to benefits, refunds, and discounts.

This is your role

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive technical testing strategies for real-time data flows and event processing.

• Validate event processing systems, integrations, and data pipelines associated with benefits, refunds, and discounts.

• Execute functional, technical, and integration testing on services and APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger.

• Analyze data across relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB) to validate consistency and integrity.

• Validate data flows and transformations in Apache NiFi orchestration pipelines.

• Test event streaming and message processing in Apache Kafka and Confluent environments.

• Validate SSIS packages and data integration processes in Visual Studio.

• Work collaboratively with development, architecture, and business teams using Scrum methodology.

• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies including refinements, planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Manage defect lifecycle from identification through resolution, maintaining evidence and documentation.

• Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders, providing insights on system reliability.

• Ensure end-to-end quality across lower environments and pre-production systems.

• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to identify patterns, anomalies, and quality issues.

• Document test cases, scenarios, and results in ALM tools.

• Collaborate using Miro for visual documentation and team alignment.

• Manage incidents and defects in ServiceNow, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-through.

• Validate JSON payloads and data structures across integrated systems.

• Conduct integration testing across OpenShift containerized environments.
