We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our team in Argentina (CABA/AMBA)in order to be able to attend the office when required by the team for work-related or social events, although in-person attendance is not mandatory.

You will be part of a high-impact digital payments environment, contributing to the evolution of financial products by supporting data-driven decision-making, identifying optimization opportunities, and enhancing user experience.

You will join a Payments team focused on driving digital innovation in the financial ecosystem.

Working closely with Product Owners, UX, Technology, QA, and Business stakeholders, you will help shape product evolution through analysis, insights, and structured requirements definition.

This is you

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).

• 2+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles within digital environments, fintech, or banking.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.

• Good communication and collaborative skills.

• Intermediate English (reading and understanding technical documentation).

Technical knowledge

• Advanced Excel.

• Basic SQL.

• Analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar.

This is your role

• Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

• Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.

• Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams.

• Monitor product performance (QR and recurring payments), detect deviations, and propose improvement actions.

• Conduct market benchmarks to identify product evolution opportunities.

• Support testing and validation phases to ensure functional quality before releases.

• Provide support to development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Document processes and findings to strengthen team knowledge management.
