In Córdoba within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to the implementation and optimization of core financial systems.

You will be key in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the excellence of our accounting and banking products for a major local entity.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals, including developers and QA engineers focused on high-impact financial software. Your primary responsibility will involve gathering and documenting functional requirements to ensure the successful deployment of accounting modules. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills and career.

This is you

• Proven experience in the development or implementation of accounting systems.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BanTotal or similar banking core systems.

• Solid proficiency in SQL database management.

• Academic background: Degree or advanced students in Accounting, Information Systems Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience with software analysis methodologies such as SCRUM or XP.

• Mandatory: Must reside in Córdoba for daily on-site presence at the client's office.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong adaptability to teamwork.

• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.

• Effective communication skills to interact with both end-users and development teams.

This is your role

• Gather, analyze, and document complex functional and technical requirements.

• Participate in the design and implementation of strategic accounting systems.

• Coordinate functional tests and validate developments against business needs.

• Train end-users and provide dedicated support post-implementation.

• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of internal processes and banking systems.
