We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure initiatives for our client's cutting-edge SaaS platform. This solution accelerates digital transformation in the restaurant industry, enabling personalized guest experiences through digital ordering, payments, and engagement tools. You'll help hospitality brands scale efficiently, making every guest feel like a regular while owning complex AWS/Kubernetes projects, CI/CD standards, and platform tooling in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

This is you

• 5+ years in a DevOps/Platform Engineering role, with deep AWS expertise, Kubernetes/EKS operations, Terraform-first IaC, and CI/CD/GitOps experience;

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments;

• Proficiency in Linux and solid Bash/Python scripting;

• Familiarity with Argo CD or Flux;

• Strong understanding of observability practices and tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or SumoLogic;

• Security/compliance knowledge (SOC 2, PCI), including compliant change controls and audit support;

• Proven collaborator and mentor, comfortable engaging stakeholders and internal teams;

• English level – Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with Windows/PowerShell and .NET for legacy workloads.

• Messaging and data familiarity, such as Kafka/MSK and AWS SNS/SQS/Kinesis; exposure to Postgres/MSSQL/MySQL helpful.

This is your role

• Lead large, complex infrastructure projects through research, proposal, planning, testing, and delivery;

• Own EKS/EC2 lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, add-ons (CNI/CSI/Ingress), autoscaling, capacity management, reliability, and cost optimization;

• Define CI/CD and GitOps standards using TeamCity/Octopus, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Flux; design .NET container pipelines;

• Standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, incorporating Crossplane for Kubernetes-managed cloud resources;

• Build and maintain platform tooling, environments, and scripts; enable self-service patterns for product teams;

• Partner with Platform Engineering, Security, and broader engineering groups on incident response, runbooks, and sustainable operations;

• Automate security and compliance workflows (patching, SOC 2/PCI evidence capture, remediation) without hindering delivery velocity;

• Mentor engineers, document platform standards, and drive adoption across teams.
