We are actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test (Python) to strengthen our team dedicated to AI-augmented test automation and data quality validation for complex financial data platforms.

In this role, you will build automated tests across UI, API, and data layers, validate large datasets, and contribute to AI-assisted QA workflows, including LLM-based test generation, GitHub Copilot, and enterprise AI integrations such as MCP-based connectors.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals focused on delivering reliable quality assurance solutions for complex, data-intensive financial systems. Your primary responsibility will involve designing and implementing robust automated testing strategies, improving data validation processes, and contributing to AI-driven QA initiatives.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Playwright, and BDD

• Experience testing APIs and microservices.

• Experience with data validation using Pandas / NumPy.

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AI-assisted QA approaches, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and automated test generation.

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI integration patterns.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience testing data pipelines or large datasets.

• Knowledge of AWS services, especially S3 and Step Functions.

• Experience with financial or other data-intensive systems.

This is your role

• Design and implement automated tests using Python, PyTest, and Playwright.

• Develop BDD test scenarios from requirements in Jira / Zephyr.

• Build automated data validation tests using Pandas / NumPy.

• Design test data generation strategies for complex datasets.

• Work with AI-assisted testing tools to generate and improve test cases.

• Use GitHub Copilot / LLM tools to accelerate automation development.

• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions.

• Ensure tests comply with governance rules and quality gates.

• Collaborate on AI-driven testing workflows, including requirements analysis, test generation, and regression optimization.
