We are currently looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team in Mexico City (CDMX) and support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a professional with strong organizational and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee budgets, and provide clear visibility to senior management through executive reporting and KPI tracking.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or similar roles

• Strong experience with MS Project and JIRA

• Experience preparing executive presentations for senior management

• Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking

• Proven experience delivering results aligned with KPIs

• Knowledge of project planning, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

• Familiarity with PMI methodologies

• Knowledge of AI tools applied to project or process optimization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work in a hybrid format (partly from the office)

Nice-to-have skills

• PMI certification or Master’s degree in Project Management

• Experience with CMMI certification and quality standards

• Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL (2+ years)

• Familiarity with UML

• Knowledge of operating systems and server administration

This is your role

• Manage project budgets, planning, and financial control

• Supervise project commitments, timelines, and progress across the department

• Monitor and report KPIs and project performance metrics

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

• Create executive-level presentations and reports for leadership teams

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within project management practices
