We are looking for a Data Analytics & BI expert with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI, based in Mexico City to join our team, working on citizen security systems in Latin America. In your role, you will become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals. Your main responsibility will involve designing and implementing intelligent modules capable of handling large volumes of data (Big Data), applying everything from traditional statistical models to cutting-edge architectures such as Agents and RAG. Here you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to global technological progress while improving your own skills and career.
This is you
+3 years in model implementation: Neural Networks, SVM, Decision Trees, Clustering (K-means, DBSCAN), Time Series and Random Forest.
+3 years in statistical analysis of various sources for the extraction of insights.
+2 years working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
+2 years of experience in Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS or Cloudera).
+1 verifiable year in integration of LLMs, agent architectures and RAG/CAG techniques.
Expert command of Python and use of training accelerators (GPU/TPU).
Nice-to-have skills:
Solid Training: Advanced knowledge in Mathematics (Algebra, Probability and Statistics).
Function engineering (Feature Engineering) and data variability management in Big Data environments.
This is your role
AI Model and Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning models (Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning) for the optimization of security and telecommunications systems.
Build advanced architectures using Neural Networks, SVMs, Decision Trees, and Random Forests for the prediction and classification of critical events.
Apply Clustering techniques (K-means, DBSCAN) and Time Series analysis to identify behavioral patterns in networks and integrated systems.
Generative AI (GenAI) Implementation: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into company workflows, developing intelligent agent architectures.
Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Computer-Augmented Generation (CAG) techniques to improve the accuracy and context of AI-generated responses.
Data Management and Analysis (Big Data & BI): Manage the variability and volume of data in Big Data environments (Cloudera, GCP, Azure, or AWS), ensuring data integrity and availability.
Infrastructure and Databases: Design and maintain complex queries in SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction to train models.
